What wonderful service at M&S. Isla spotted that one of my meals had a damaged packet. I had not seen it. This saved a return trip to get another one. I shop at the West End Retail Park store and always find everyone helpful and friendly. Most appreciated during these worrying weeks!

I visit M&S Food in Hale Village regularly to shop for my aged neighbour and find the staff most helpful when searching for products from her list. Yesterday I was served by Laura who was friendly and helpful.
I shop at M&S Simply Foods Bradfield's, Aylesbury, regularly and find all the assistants polite, helpful and mindful of social distancing and hygiene. They are always approachable for assistance. During my visit today, as a disabled shopper, Henry was particularly helpful when he lifted my rollator walker over items outside the shop near my car in the disabled bay. Thank you Henry.
I attended marks and Spencer at Gemini Warrington to purchase school trousers for my son as he was starting high school the following day, on searching the children's section i was unable to obtain any trousers in his size. I proceeded to look in the men's section for them, and was struggling until a lovely assistant called June from the clothing and home section offered to help. She looked on the shop floor for a while and them went to the store room to check she finally arrived back with 2 pairs of trousers for me. I would like to thank her as I don't know what I would have done without her help so Thank you June for your outstanding customer service
